A permit generally isn’t required for sheds or garages under 30m². These include our 3.07m x 4.59m x 2.17m (14.09m²) and 6.11m x 3.07m x 2.27m (18.76m²) garage workshops. However, please check with your local council for more information on garage permit requirements.
