The Zing Bokashi 15L Kit ferments your kitchen waste in under 4 weeks, using a simple, low-odor process that’s clean, compact, and cost-effective. Made right here in Aotearoa, Compost Zing is packed with beneficial microbes and plant-based by-products to help you compost the eco-conscious way.

Using your Zing Bokashi system is as easy as scrape, sprinkle, and seal. A built-in grate allows excess liquid to drain into the bottom of the bucket, while an airtight lid locks in freshness. Just add your scraps, sprinkle a tablespoon of Compost Zing per 2L of waste, close the lid—and let nature get to work.

Every few days, drain off the “liquid gold” using the tap at the base. This nutrient-rich juice is teeming with beneficial microbes and makes a powerful fertilizer for your garden. Dilute 2 Tbsp in 5L of water for soil, or 1 tsp to 5L of water as a foliar spray.

The 15L Kit includes everything you need to get started—just top up with more Compost Zing as needed and keep on composting.
