Been using the 30 metre retractable hose most days for the last month, the retracting is excellent, I release the spring and it winds in at a brisk walking pace, so easy, convenient and tidy. I've had no problem with it. So for the price, it's a solid purchase, if you need a retractable hose I can recommend this one from Trade Tested.

Great price for the unit . The only criticism is that it retracts ridiculously fast. I control the retraction to slow it down

We purchased 2 of these approx 22 months ago & it has been very disappointing. Our previous Gardena hose lasted 14-15 years, we replaced it with this. This hose bends easily & sometimes jams when retracting, the Gardena performs better. But worse; in the 1st year it pulled out of the concrete wall due to the cheap attachments. It was re-attached with better quality attachment, but the base/wall plate is damaged now & it came off the wall again - this time hitting me in the face (unlucky), & leaving me with a cut, bruise & bent glasses. We will be buying a Gardena to replace this & not buy this brand again. To be fair, we have bought quite a few products from Trade Tested & have been pleased with those (& the prompt delivery) electric lawnmower, leave blower & trimmer, wooden table & chairs.

Good product, just have to have the right size tap connector

I love it. Watering the veges everyday is a lot quicker and is more fun. I wash the car more too! Well worth the price.

We bought two of these about 5 years ago and they have been fantastic. Just moved house so we left the two for the new owners and Ive bought three more for our new property. One of the three we bought kept retracting - the stop lock function did not operate. Trade Tested immediately replaced it. I love these hose packages, so easy to use and very sturdy when wall or post mounted.

We have three of these now on our large section love them suited to one spot as they are quite heavy to move - price point makes them a good buy - 30 m of hose is brilliant and they retract perfectly you do need to hold onto ball though teamed with multi hose nozzle spraying blasting or watering saves time the first one is two years old and a little faded but works like new ones good buying for money
