The wall mount is solid and sturdy perfect! The problem for us was that we have No.8 hose reels, which a) don't last well, and, b) don't fit the Trade Tested wall mounts. My husband has doctored them so they now fit. Very annoying that doesn't have replacement mounts! Anyway we're very pleased with the ones from Tradetested!
The Retractable 30M hose reel is great and so easy to relocate with the additional mount making watering the garden or washing the vehicles a breeze
We have a large property, so we ordered 4 extra mounts when we ordered the retractable hose and reel. Best thing we did because now we only need the one unit and can get rid of all the hoses that we had.

Very pleased with replacement wall mount
Purchased this as an extra so I can move the hose unit from one end of the section to the other.
Good for moving the hose around. I bought mine as I was unable to unscrew the old one to move it to another location. So this was a cheap and convenient way to move the hose.
It's fantastic we only had to buy 1 hose reel as this enables us to use the hose front & back great.
