Smart weather protection for your car. Keep your motor vehicle protected from the elements.

FIT TO FIGHT; BUILT TO LAST: The colour coated steel finish provides water and rust resistance for a lifetime. Super-strong galvanised steel construction with high-tensile box and band tubing withstands moderate to high wind conditions.

HIGH ROOF, OPEN PLAN: Economical solution to protecting your car, van or trailer from the weather while retaining airflow and accessibility. Its roof stands 2.5m off the ground allowing most vehicles to park comfortably.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE: Framework slots together tube-to-tube, with base rail assembly. All parts pre-cut and ready for screwing together. Includes galvanised steel ground rails which can be anchored to the ground.

TRANSPORTABLE: Should you need to move the carport, simply remove any ground pegs, disassemble the structure, and shift the parts to the next location. Modular design separates into sections for easier handling. Combines the strength of a permanent building with the flexibility of a portable structure.

Q:
Do you need a building consent for this size???
A:
This has an area of 30m2, so you don't need consent in most cases. For carports, it's anything over 40m2 needs consent. Best to double-check with your local counsel in case you have any special rules in your area.

5.2x 6 carport

Super quick frighting. Went together easy enough. There is a fair amount of flex in structure as steel is light so recommend sheltered location. Good value though.

Carport is excellent

No problem putting together with ladders and tall people really tough and strong in our windy Waiuku.

Carport

Excellent product. Great value for the money and well built. Easy to assemble and looks great. You wouldnt buy the material to build this for the price! Recommend.

Great for the price

This unit is great value for money. There's a few bits that could be improved but in general, it's easy to build and sturdy. It's extremely tall - I cut the legs down slightly. I built this on my own and it took about a week, but I made some minor modifications. Without the mods, is say it would take me 2-3 days. I needed a fence integrated on each side so didn't use the base plates. The legs are bolted into the fence posts and cross bracing was added in the fence. I painted the frame for looks and longevity. It's not super clear on the product page but the frame is not painted. I added 3x LED strips which are amazing. The worst part of building this unit is the roof. The panels should have a larger overlap. My panels also needed some panel beating. Getting the panels lined up straight is annoying and screwing them in is extremely awkward. You'll need a very tall ladder and long arms. There's also no great way to attach a gutter. The hardware included is all good quality. The instructions can require some imagination to interpret. If I was looking for a carport in the future, I'd definitely consider buying this again.

car port happiness

This carport was easy to put up and fits the purpose well. Didn't really need instructions to do so, others might need them if they haven't put this type of thing up before but pretty straight forward.

Drip lines

The roofing iron sheets dont provide enough overlap( 40mm ) to stop rain coming back under and pooring down in constant drips. If the sheets were just 100mm longer would help when the roof only has 200mm of fall over 6M length.

Carport 5x6 double

Bought it for my husband to keep his sportscar and 8seater out of the sun. He is 69 and him and his son-in-law put it together in 2 weekends. The instructions were easy. The ground foundation is little stones and the struggled a bit but finally put some stays in. One side luckely had sement so they screwed the frame to it. We are thinking of buying anothet for the other cars. We rent thetefore we dont want a permanent fixture.

A Great Thing

We assembled the carport. It is reasonably easy to put up (although we have scaffolding so much easier). As we are in Wellington, we are putting 6x steel brackets back to the concrete garage wall. Our new, dry, project space
