Maple is nice, but not well thought out.

These benches are great, this is my third one. The maple tops are beautiful and their weight adds sturdiness. I just really wish the manufacturer would go back to the classic square cut front edge like in the pictures, instead of the rounded over edge that you receive. It makes arranging multiple benches at 90deg look silly, leaving a groove between benches for collecting dust/debris. The rolled edge also leaves a very small portion of the underlying frame protruding. These issues are minor but it seems like a poor oversight given the premium price for the maple option.

Great workbench

This is easy to build and a great size for our garage workshop. We put castors on it so we can wheel it to where we need it. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent Workbench

I bought a 244cm long maple workbench from TradeTested. It was delivered promptly and one person assemblage was very straightforward although you need two people to lift it in place once assembled. The maple top is beautiful and further improved by a coat of Danish Oil. It’s very very sturdy and I’m sure will function well for many years ahead. Totally recommend this product and Trade Tested Steve, Raglan

Maple Top Wonderful - lack of easy installation of castors POOR

Sturdy and strong both frame and top. A bit of Danish Oil and the only real criticism of the maple top is that it is almost too beautiful to use. First claas and worth the indulgence. The CON is the frame adjustable feet which are not engineered for screws and require specialist tools to make them so (or a good odd job man in my case.)

Solid-as!

Came with no instructions but my brother and I were able to assemble it with only a few pieces left over by looking at the online photo. TT did send the instructions, but by then we'd sorted it. Glad I went with the maple top, rather than the MDF.

Maple Work Bench

Excellent product! Exceeded expectations. So much so I bought a second one. Very solid quality bench top. Legs and framing were easy to assemble despite no instructions. Delivery went smoothly and everything was well packaged.

Workbench

The bench is perfect for what we required. Ended up purchasing another two units. There was one issue where the holes in the back leg brace are drilled in the wrong place. More than happy with the benches.
