Q:
The documentation says this - Workbench mode dimensions: 129cm x 48cm x 82cm Scaffold/platform mode dimensions: 129cm x 48cm x 54cm I want to use this as a platform for trimming trees. is the height as a platform only 54cm?
A:
Yes that's correct, if you need something with more height we'd suggest something like the Mobile Scaffold Adjustable 1.8m as a better option.

workbench/trestle

I've used one of these benches for many years, working out the back of a couple of different utes. I fitted a 4" vice to the bench side. This was an extremely useful piece of equipment on maintenance and project jobs over the years. The only damage suffered was when it was used by someone else. they broke one of the handles and smashed off one of the bump stops on the end. They don't get to use it now. I'm looking to buy another one for when I retire.

Still going after trade brutality

Brought one years ago, it's been a saw stand, carpet cutting bench, I've worked on it with legs extended, I weigh 115kg, with a 10 kg apron, was fine, without legs extended the bro n I both standing on it, installing ducting, the mdf top took a beating, left in the rain, has now given up, got some ply for it, coz it's going another round, stood on it the other day, still stable az, the plastic tread has uv damage, but it's mint, got some ply, don't look elsewhere this is the one

Workbench

Excellent product. Pleasantly surprised as to how versatile it is and to use it as a workbench and platform is good. Easy to assemble and fold to store.

Sturdy, versatile, best multi use bench I've bought

I've had a version of this bench (different brand) for years and I'm always telling my mates how great it is. It's really sturdy in its lower setting as a work platform (I'm 130kg) and also really sturdy as an extended height work bench. Downside is that it's a little heavy but I suppose that's why it's so sturdy. It's taken a beating over the years but has held up very well. Lastly, this is a great price.

SO amazing!!!

OMG this platform saved my life. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We had 4 days to paint the interior of a 2 storey house before moving in. Rooms relatively small, 2.4m ceiling height, lots of trims. I weigh 115kg and my knee comes under tremendous pressure when I have to climb up and down and balance on a ladder and hurts for days afterwards. In contrast, I could easily walk along the platform with normal balance and gait, and only had to move it twice to be able to paint the length of most ceiling trims and tops of walls because you can use the full length of it. There would have been 3-4x more up and downs with a ladder plus the balance issue. The builders working on the house while I was painting all thought it was great. Love the workbench reverse and that it folds up, great for future use in our small house.

Happy painter Hamilton
