Q:
Hi, your sheds say wood finish. Is the external cladding metal with a wood finish look or actually wood. If wood what sort, finish and is it treated? Thanks
A:
It is a metal cladding with a wood looking finish.

Q:
How can you prevent condensation from thee metal roof dripping onto the contents of the shed?
A:
Your best bet is ensuring the shed is adequately ventilated (our floor kits are good for this, or use a damp proof membrane on top of your slab, you can also add you own vents). Some people line the roof with polystyrene or rigid foam to help and use a mastic or silicone sealant at the base to prevent water ingress. If you are particularly worried it's worth looking into our resin Keter sheds, which greatly reduce this issue due to their material.

Q:
Can anything be attached to the walls or roof, like shelves or bike hooks?
A:
We recommend building some internal wooden framing to handle this sort of this - or you could add some of our free-standing storage shelves.

Great finished product!

A great shed. For this size - you will need 3 people at times, in the construction/erection. Even in a slight breeze there are risks!

garden shed

I needed a narrow shed for the purpose of storing 2 electric bikes. I didn't want the roof sloping towards the doors, with a bit of thought I was able to have the high side and doors at the front and slope roof towards the back. Shed is exactly as we wanted and is fit for purpose.

Fiddly to assemble.

A nice looking shed when finished. Instructions are confusing and hard to decipher in a couple of parts, as the Instructions are hard to see due to the small illustrations. A bit of experimenting before final assembly was frustrating. The roof for whatever reason wasn't wide enough, requiring "stretching" to fit. Doors were sticking as well. On a positive though, looks nice, good for narrow areas, and even comes with a rivet gun in the parts! You don't get that with most sheds.

Happy with the shed purchase

As long as my tech savvy sons were helping, it all came together easily. Instructions were clear enough and every part was included to complete the project. Every part was the correct length and we are very happy with the finished product.

A "fun" DIY project with the partner

Nah seriously it was actually quite fun to put together. We figured it would be a good test of our relationship and readers, I'm excited to say we are still together. Kit came with everything we needed. Moving the pieces to put it together was kinda hard as they're flimsy until the structure is put up. I think we have messed up building the doors as they won't shut properly now. We are still deciding if we take them off and rebuild or try shimmy the walls around a bit to make them fit better. TBD. It was hard to get the shed totally flush too, I think some of the parts weren't cut exactly to size (for example the door channel for one of the doors was abut 2cm too short compared to the door and they're all meant to be the same lengths). But with some wrestling we got it all fitted together and working. Now the fun part is to build storage inside and work out what to put in it. I wanted to sleep in it in the first night for fun but my partner wouldn't let me. Sigh.

Best value shed around

I have built many of these non-framed budget sheds and this one is easily the best value one I have found. The instructions are quite straightforward and the hardware is of a much higher quality than you would normally find with a budget shed. You still need to take your time building it, as with all lightweight colour steel sheds, but if you have the patience and correct tools, you'll get a great result with this kit.

Easy to install and worth the money

Easy to follow the instructions and have to be patient while installing or else you lose the track of it. Worth the money
