Is there any recycling involved in the manufacture of the keter resin products?
A:
As of this year 55% of all Keter production contains recycled content, all Keter products are 100% recyclable.

Would you need (or is it recommended) to build a foundation to put this shed on? I see that it comes with a floor but wonder whether it is ok to have it stand directly on the ground?
A:
It is recommended to construct a wooden or concrete base as a foundation.

How do you secure the shed on a wooden base? I live in Wellington which can be quite windy sometimes. Would you recommend a metal shed instead?
A:
You just need to screw or bolt the floor to the wooden base. No this will be comparable to the metal shed in terms of handling wind - this one is rated up to 105km/h.

This comes with it's own rigid floor, but you could always add your own wooden platform or pavers or similar.

is this plastic combustible ?
A:
The shed is generally classed as ordinary combustibles and falls into the same category as wood, leather, and many other common materials. It will melt/burn but won’t explode.

It's recommended to build a platform to place the shed on, this will support the shed floor.

Yes, you will need to use an acrylic latex paint. Best to talk to your local paint shop before attempting this

Great shed - a good size

We had been looking at sheds for a while and this one was the perfect size for our space. Not quite as easy to put up as it is advertised but all done in about 3 hours. We were concerned regarding the roof as quite light panels but so far so good.

It was straight forward to put together, and having 2 people would make it easier but I managed by myself. The shed feels stable and well designed. It has stood up to windy days and heavy rain, no leaks or warping. I recommend!

A couple of head scratching moments and couple of parts that having two to assemble definitely makes it easier but overall not too bad to assemble. Seems pretty sturdy and cat loves being on top of the roof, that's most important.
