Made from high-grade, galvanised steel it comes with a 12 Year Warranty. The shed has a roller door at the front and a single side door. All doors are lockable and secure.

This model features a generous roof overhang so that any rain simply pours off the sides. Not only does this make the shelter more durable and weatherproof, but makes assembly and adding guttering easier.

Garages are kitset and come with assembly instructions.

As this garage has a floor area under 30m² it is exempt from the consent process when added to your property as a structure for ancillary use. Specifications and diagrams are included with this garage, however PS1 documentation is not available. Make sure you check requirements with your local council before purchasing.

Trade Tested takes every precaution to prevent damage during delivery, and all steel sheets are shrink-wrapped in plastic to prevent marks and scratches. Superficial delivery wear is sometimes however beyond our control.

Does the shed have different colours

No, just the Ironsand colour for this garage with a roller door. However we do have a similar size workshop garage that also comes in a green colour, just search for 'Workshop Garage'.

Will this garage fit a motorhome in it
A:
It could be a little small for a motorhome, depending on what you have. It's best to give your motor home a measure-up to double-check. The door is 220cm high and 255cm wide and the length is 6m. If you would like a hand picking the right size please get in touch with our sales team

This is a kitset so it is designed to go on either end, it is possibly something that can be done but we would recommend consulting a builder if you were wanting to go ahead.

These are provided as kitset, however you could alter them, it would be ebst to talk to a builder about what you want to do and they can give you the best advice.

Took time, skills and good tools to get right.

could have saved time if instructions were clearer. Luckily my son had the tools to make the job quicker. (still took the 2 of us 5 days). Needed to buy more screws,. shed is good for our requirements.

don't buy if you expect this to be straight forward.

We bought this for our rental property and had it constructed by a professional handyman/building maintenance contractor. 1) The instructions are not clear, particularly around the measurements for components location (2 pages were also missing). 2) The roof really needs more battens to make it straight and square rather than just folded sheets. The top flashing is only secured with rivets (not confident on long term durability), and is not straight when completed. 3) due to the folded steel construction and inaccurate folds, the top of the doorway was 30mm wider than the bottom and the bar was short. The builder had to strap and winch the whole front to squash the sides in to make it work. 4) The self drilling screws would not drill through the steel framing (had to buy better screws). All other holes needed to be drilled first.

More than a home DIY job. Instruction need improvement. Solid but a very big job, got installer in and it took them 2 days with 4 guys.
