Overall we are delighted with the Carport. As built it looks just like Trade Tested illustrations. Big disappointment was the amount of damage to powder coated components, for example quite significant gouging through the powder coating into bare aluminium. To my mind this was a serious quality issue and raised questions about supervision, what labour was used and brought to mind questions about where this Palram product was made? The kit went together easily but Iwas surprised that the roof water did not drain down the inside of the vertical members. Other Feedback to Palram was the two or three times that the supplied hardware was too short, or two long and in one case wrong diameter. The finished car shelter looks good and gets a lot of unsolicited praise. Glad we bought it, but the pre-shipped damage was completely unnecessary since the packing was extremely good.
The carport is great, just what we wanted. My lovely husband assembled it all by himself!
These are very well constructed and solid carports. This is the third one i have purchased having already bought the double carport version as well. great value for money.

Live in Whanganui .. so only had the winds from cyclone Gabrielle.. but the carport stood strong .. easy to follow instructions .. a good purchase
Labelling of some items were missing. Also the front and back arches need to be 'stand out' labelling. It made the assembly more difficult than it should have been.
Great looking, and easy to install. The product is a little bit more lightweight than thought it would be, but no complaints at the end of the day.
