Q:
whats the rough estimate time to put this together for an amateur?
A:
Tricky to say, but you will definitely need at least a full day. If you have the site ready and a helper or two it will make the job a lot easier and quicker

Q:
What are package dimensions and weight?
A:
They are: Carton Dimensions: 1.86m (L) x 0.47m (W) x 0.30m (D), Carton weight: 114kg. If you check the Specifications section in the description you can see these and heaps more dimensions.

Q:
Do they have guttering that could be used for water collection (we are on tank water and have a garden so the extra roof space would be welcome).
A:
That is not an option we have for sale sorry. So you would need to DIY your own guttering, If you do we would love to see a photo

Q:
Hi, I'm planning to put on a raised deck. Do I still need a floor kit or can the shed be assembled on the raised deck itself? Thanks
A:
No you can put it on the deck, using the raised floor would still be the driest option - depending on how well your deck drains water (how spaced are the boards? Is it completely level so there will be no gaps at the bottom etc etc?).

Q:
Can we put the door on the end of the shed instead of at the side?
A:
Not easily on this model, the door width is 1.46m, the wall is 1.55 but you have to fit the channels in also - so it's not realistic without modification.

Q:
Could the doors be mounted separately (on two different sides) or closer to the corner of the long side rather than centered?
A:
You could move the location, but not separate them.

Q:
Hi, is it possible to build the shed and lift it into position as a finished unit?
A:
We wouldn't really recommend it unless you are completely sure both surfaces are the same - alignment will change with any surface variations - so what is straight and level in 1 spot, might end up being wonky when put in its final place.

Q:
Do the wall panels come made up as a side?
A:
They come in sections that need to be assembled using the wall channels - if you click on the link to assembly tip videos above you can see it going together.

Q:
is this water tight? No chance of the tools and stuff store inside getting wet?
A:
It really depends how well you build it! But yes it will keep the weather out. Make sure you ensure it is well ventilated to help minimise condensation, or have a look at our Keter resin sheds if you are particularly worried about moisture.

Q:
Does the shed (3.07 x 1.55 x 2.17) have any wooden framing inside?
A:
No it doesn't, generally once assembled on a level pad or floorkit it will not be necessary. However it would be simple enough to add some it you wished.

I purchased this last year, to start with when opened it had scratches on most of the panel, I had to pay to have it put up and that cost me an arm and a leg. I have had the door open by itself twice now and dented the door. I now have to use a screw driver to try and close the lock. The hinges are rusting already so all I can say is stay clear I should have bought a wooden one for my firewood and taken note of the other bad reviews.

Garden shed 3mx 1.55m

The shed is good size. The price is very attractive. It does look good after putting togerther. This product is quite week. There is lot of drilling involved. The door part is hard part. To get it square and even is when u want to give up. Within a month of installment I can notice surface rust on bottom panel. So makes me think. How well it do for 10 years. Other wise good size. Looks good with proper floor.

Good shed but...

I wanna start off by saying it's a solid shed. Nice and decent room storage for our stuff currently. Built our own foundation as it's cheaper. But in all honesty I've given this review 3 stars as this has taken us 3 days to do. The walls were easy, getting to the roof was the 'fun' part. Instructions weren't easy to follow especially with the pictures as it would show some part but not all the part leaving us have to guess where and what it should look like. It has been a lot of back and forth with the roof as the Instructions are in some ways back to front. As well as some pieces don't fit. The door didn't fit as was too tight in height so we had to grind 5mm off the bottom piece, then when it was closed, the brace in the middle of the doors made the gap tight while the top and bottom were out. Bit of odd design for the bracing on the back wall.. Other than having to get all the different tools out for this shed that isn't on paper. It is nice. Just double think on the roof Instructions.

Wonderful garden shed.

This is the fourth garden shed we've purchased from Trade Tested, and my wife and I assembled it together. The key is to follow the instructions carefully and work step by step. Since it was our fourth assembly, we managed to minimize mistakes this time. Id say the most challenging part was assembling and attaching the doors. However, were very happy with the result. We installed it for tenants in a rental property without a garage, and theyre very pleased with it.

Good shed

Reasonably robust shed that has proven to be water tight. Instructions are crap - discount any prior review that says instructions are good - they simply aren't. They need better images of assembled joints/details, need to get instructions in sequence - and improve the written language. Be careful too - not sure if it is practical to wear gloves for protection from sharp metal edges and also handle screws, rivets etc. If you don't wear gloves, there will be blood and swearing. If I was to repeat, I would just put the effort into building a wooden shed from scratch - even if the cost of ply alone will be well more than this entire shed.

Patience and time..

As mentioned in many reviews, the instructions and far from good. You need to pay particular attention to the pictures. The pictures generally show which way a piece should be applied, look at detail. The weather shield provided did 3/4 of the gables only, the silver tape barely stuck. Don't build to close to a fence as you need access behind to pop rivet the braces from outside. Definitely use sealant on corner laps and tack with self tapers ( not Tek screws). I also sealed all gable joints as the 2 ridge facia did not fit at all. They were shocking.. The completed shed however is a great size and looks great. Only I'll know the imperfections. Do not try to build in any kind of wind; the more hands on board in assembling the better as the panels are flimsy until joined and screwed together.

Second shed

What a great product. Second shed will be built (already purchased ) as soon as we get the concrete pad down . Cant wait to see them side by side.

Satisfied customer

No problem with the instructions although read them as you go and take nothing for granted. It's vital the unit is in its final position and anchored before fitting the doors. I got 2 of these sheds and built each off the instructions. Thanks Trade Tested.
