Packed with features, the colour screen and intuitive layout will have you confidently predicting rain or sunshine like a modern day weather Yoda - hang out the washing do not, rain it will.

The remote wireless sensor transmits from up to 90 metres away (line of sight dependent, 30m under most conditions) and features its own LCD screen showing temperature and humidity.

Barometric pressure is tracked and displayed as a colour icon on screen, giving you forecast estimates for 24 and 48 hours away as well as indicating the current trend (up or down).

The system is ready to go out of the box, but allows for optional further calibration for the best possible accuracy.

How does it measure outdoor temperature?
A:
Through the remote Temperate, Humidity Sensor (seen in the last image above) that should be mounted outdoors, ideally north-facing.

Does the remote have to be in line of sight up to 30 m?
A:
No the remote is up to 90m line of sight and up to 30m in most other conditions (if there isn't line of sight).

How bright is this running on power and is it adjustable brightness? I want a unit for beside my bed but don't want it to be overly bright.

The brightness is adjustable between low, medium and high.

No that's not a function of this unit, you'll need to try our Professional WiFi Colour Weather Centre. This allows data collection using the app and online weather data websites like weatherunderground.com.

very good easy to see Very Good with minimum and maximum readings My gripe is that it does not pick up the readings from the outside sensor where I had the sensor from a previous weather station. Risk of DC attachment coming out

Is it worth it?

The description didn’t make it clear that it wouldn’t work without mains power, so therefore has to be plugged in all the time. The outside unit is not water proof and has filled with water from rain, this has stopped any data being sent to the unit inside. No outside temperatures are available. I would say this is not fit for purpose.

Great value for money

A great little unit that offers good value for money. The colour display gives you all the data you need in a way that makes it easy to understand. With the combination of DC Power and batteries you won't get caught short with that power cut. Been great these last few weeks with the waves of bad weather. The outdoor unit compliments the base unit so you can monitor in 2 different places at the same time
