Used the bin over xmas , both food and refreshments stayed chilled for the 5 days. Used frozen water bottles to keep food/refreshments chilled and dry , very happy with this purchase.
We got this just before Xmas 2024 and have been using it daily. It is excellent for keeping food cold without any icepack, and leaves frozen food frozen for days. It is very solidly made, great seals. For some it may be a bit heavier but this isn't a problem for us, given the quality and excellent freezing capabilities. Excellent size, we were pondering on whether to go with a very large one but this suits our needs very well at the lakes where we stay for 4 weeks every summer. We are very happy.
This thing is made of the same materials at Yeti and less than half the price for the same capacity, but with a much better rubber gasket than the rubbish Yeti one. Simple rectilinear design means it packs perfectly in the car too. Kept our food chilled perfectly for a week of camping with occasional ice block rotation. The availability of spare/replacement parts is good too. We bought a basket and divider. Super useful. A genuine bargain.
