This wall mounted hanging bike rack lets you hang and detach your bike with ease.

Space-saving & sturdy, this hook is great for freeing up floor space in the garage or shed.

The powder coated steel hook features a vinyl cover with thick rubber to prevent from scratching your bike rim.

With an extended mounting plate for greater strength, this back plate also protects your wall from any tyre markings.

Simply measure out your drill holes, attach to the wall with the provided hardware, and you're good to go - no extra assembly required.

re. the Hanging Bike Rack - does the bike hang from its spokes off the hook or is there some way the bike is either 'wedged' into the rack itself via t he tyres, or is it the weight of the bike that hold it in place and therefore not hanging on an individual spoke?
A:
Yes the bike hangs with the weight of the bike on 1 spoke, it is near to the rim of the wheel so it will be less likely to bend than it would in the middle of the spoke. We recommend using this for mainly lighter bikes to avoid damaging the spokes on the wheel.

How much lateral movement do you get in the bike once mounted? i.e. once mounted, can the bike be swung sideways slightly so that it is on an angle from the wall, rather than completely perpendicular?
A:
These are designed so the bike sits completely perpendicular.

Can the bike rack be riveted to a tin shed?
A:
We recommend building some internal wooden framing and mounting the bike rack to this in order to handle the weight of the bike.

Yes they can go into the wall.

Exactly what I needed

This bike hook is sturdy, simple to install and its very easy to hang up my bike as the hooked is in a fixed position rather than hinged, meaning you don't have to lift the hook to get the wheel in. The only question I have is whether there are left & right hand versions..for me the access side is fine, but it wouldn't work if installed in the opposite corner of my garage.
