Safe for children to move around in, plenty of room for all. Using a fraction of the power than our previous spa.
We absolutely love our new spa! It’s roomy without stepping down in the middle like our old spa. This step was a hazard with children before, now we can all move around safely in the spa. It’s using less than half of the power than our old spa too.
Worth the money. Weve had ours for 3mths now. Definitely go with this option as opposed to the inflatables as there's significant power savings with a hard side over inflatable. So far cost us arnd $30 extra in power a month but we are using it every day and sometimes twice a day in the weekends. Also the advantage of a hardside over inflatable is more room. We get 4 people in our Toronto. The air bubbles are not jets like a proper spa pool but are strong, we never use the strongest setting as it's like rapids lol. We use temperatures from 38-40 degrees. Might be hot to start with but does drop 1 degree which is actually alot after first 10min then drops another degree about 30min after that. Chemicals are a piece of cake once you get your head around it (after first 2-3 weeks). Expect to pay about $200 to setup in chemicals and filters we have 6 filters in rotation, 2x clean, 2 in use and 3 in the bucket soaking in cleaner. Change the filter every use if heavy use or every 2 days. Filters are washable, get the filter cleaner does an awesome job. Stoked with our purchase, initially we got an E02 code alarm but later worked out we weren't changing the filters enough as I said we literally use ours every night before bed. So glad we forked out that bit more to get such a large upgrade. All about heat efficiency and power savings.
Loving this spa, takes a while to heat, roughly 1 degree per hour, takes 2 hours to fill or drain, but it is devine when up to heat! I love that I can empty it, pack it up and take it with me.
This spa easily fit a family of five. The temperature goes down in the day for the kids to have a soak and splash and gets turning up at dinner time so the adults can relax before bed. We are very happy with the purchase and price.
Easy to assemble and operate. Stays very warm and does not break the bank on power. Best excuse to relax, recline, refresh and rejuvenate ever invented. Highly recommend.
Had an inflatable spa from same brand which failed after 3 yrs of continuous use (due to glued seams) and this semi-rigid solution seemed a good alternative. Can confirm the spa is great, seems quite solid and insulates better (heater kicks in way less often and power bills show a difference compared to inflatable models). 4 stars only because I dont know how it will stand the test of time.
Bought this due to foam construction. Nice to use at first. Unfortunately the lid is still inflatable and has failed after 5 months. Now it fills with water and is very heavy to pull out. Our previous bestway spa was inflatable and the lid, pump and main spa all failed with 1 year in warranty then again in another year. We still have the old pump so thought we'd get more use from this foam version. It's a hassle to cut up and put in wheelie bin. Will be worse with the foam. Will get a real spa next time.
Consumes very little electricity, maintains temperature nicely and comfortable to sit in.
Very pleased with this spa pool. Easy to assemble. Only thing I would recommend to suppliers is that they ENLARGE the print in the instructions book as it is extremely hard to read. Didn't receive the drinks holder though. Bit disappointed as an essential in summer
