Perfect. When i had remedial work done on my house the last ground spike for my rotary clothes line got accidentally thrown out so it was brilliant i was able to buy a strong spike replacement. I live in a very high wind area that I needed to hold my clothes line if i had left it up (not my normal habit)
This is a really solid product - and great to be able to order a replacement as I moved house and there was no way the original was coming out of the ground. Easy to order from Trade Tested : )
Great extra in the backyard for another line position. Summer spot, winter spot & under cover spot for wet weather.
Easy to install and works as expected.
I have the Brabantia rotary clothesline.. (best clothesline ever) Buying this 2nd spike has allowed me to place the line in another area depending on seasons. A very strong and sturdy spike.
Good product
Product as described and second one I have purchased as I wanted two locations for clothesline to follow the sun.
Works well, cemented into ground with 2x 20kg bags of quickcrete.
It,s great having a clothesline that we can put in a few places in our garden without permanently impinging on our views. But we have had three of these spikes and in our clay soil none has been level with the ground. So best to prepare by making a feature of the little bump. Add pebbles to the concrete if you use that to set your spike, and possibly plant lavender around the hole. Then you can make your washing smell fabulous as it dries.
I am extremely happy with my ground spike. I am a single woman in my sixties and it was very easy to it in the ground
