This Half Moon Cast Iron Plate is a double sided half-rack design that allows you to mix and match cooking surfaces to suit whatever delicious meal you are cooking.

Cast iron and double-sided, one side of this griddle offers a smooth surface for more surface area contact, or it can be flipped over to the ribbed surface to deliver the classic grill marks on your food.

The cast iron design of this plate ensures excellent heat retention.
