As a 3.6 x 3.6m triangle it will fit perfectly in the corner of your deck or backyard. Each sail is made from a heavy 280gsm marine grade fabric, proven to block out over 90% of those harmful UV rays.

These sails are super easy to put up and just as easy to move around if you need to do a bit of rearranging. With a 10 year warranty, you can be sure they’ll provide you and your friends sunny but safe good times all summer long.

I lives in a high wind area. Can it survive in coastal conditions?
A:
It really depends on how well it's installed (there are heaps or variables - angle, what it's fixed to, how exposed, how taut etc) generally we'd expect your fixings to fail before the sail.

What is the pack weight of this item? I am wanting to take something similar to my partner in UK ! Also pack weight of the 4 x 4 mtre square shade, as this is the size I really need. It got up to 36* Celcius at my partners last summer ! Thank you, Max

These are about 2kg each, the square 3.6 is approx 4kg and the 5m approx 7kg.

Not very effective

I have to take the blame for not looking closely enough at the shape as I was after a right-angle triangle shape to fit into a corner area over a deck. The equal sided triangle has limited application in my opinion and offers little practical cover.

This is my 2nd shade sail first one was 3.5 years old and succumbed to the sun and wind and ripped. A very good product tho as I live by the coast north Auckland and cop easterly gales.They are really good value for money and very well made.
