Construction Points:
A good foundation is the key to guaranteeing the longevity and quality of your cabin. Only a completely level, rectangular foundation and bearers will ensure problem-free installation of the cabin.
The floor must be a minimum of 50mm off the ground, preferably more. The underside of the floorboards and the joists should be painted thoroughly and care taken to ensure enough airflow under the house. We recommend using Malthoid DPC between joists and the ground.
If unsure consult with, or have the foundation prepared by a specialist.

My mum wanted to pass on how happy she is with the whole process of purchasing her cabin, she is delighted with how it turned out - here are some photos.
We’ll figure around 4 days to build at least plus another few days to paint. You must follow the instructions . I had two builders who didn’t and then after firing them had to do a lot of it again. Sadly some of the errors they made I couldn’t correct. On the whole though pleased with the project . Next time I would hire a labourer and build it myself . Not complex just need to be methodical
Great project that I put together by myself at 66yrs old. Looks really good. Could do with a few more instructions but got it together without too many problems. Great value.
Excellent product. A friend built it for me. Goes together like a big jig saw. Nothing missing and almost nothing left over. Completed the day before cyclone Gabriel and no problems at all. Would definitely recommend this product
I brought the kitset last year, and its amazing, everyone that comes home loves it and asks where its from. well built, and looks so nice. I recommend this.
We hired builders and it cost as much as the cottage, to have it built including a concrete foundation and path.
Truely good looking. I wish the timber came treated. Untreated timber posed a couple of issues. Had to be covered properly from the elements. Also shed has to be painted after building, means it cannot go very close to the fences. Had to leave half a metre of dead space on two sides.
Takes a bit to put together and I would recommend that you have a bit of handyman experience and common sense. Instructions are a bit vague. Water tight and a lovely addition to the back yard.
I bought this garden house as an art studio as I recently purchased a smaller house and needed my space. It was delivered in February but I didn't build it until early July. It sat neatly stacked in my garage. The building went together like a dream I have to say. It is very well made. It is exactly what I wanted. However. As I didn't go through the the entire kit piece by piece, when I was well into the build I realized that 4 pieces were incorrect, i.e the opposite angle so in order to finish the build I had to fabricate these bits from scrap. Fortunately I have enough woodworking experience to have pulled this off. Overall I am very please with the house and would recommend it but would also recommend checking all the parts before you start.
Great....More than great I brought one of these and made it into a Japanese House with a Zen garden around it ...it looks a Million $$ it's the best money well spend it's worth more ...I give it 10+
