I have found that the pockets are quite small and it is hard to get plants established in them. I have also had to change all the plants to drought hardy plants as they dry out too quickly - they need daily watering, which during the summer is not allowed, so it is difficult to keep the plants healthy.
look at picture of strawberries they show. Some are totally dried. You will waste your money on this planter if you try to plant strawberries. Prepare to water every day, sometimes 2x per day, every day even during winter regardless of rain.
Fits the brief, holds the weight of our strawberries. Water runs through so the plants along the bottom seem to fare best!
Hung just after Christmas, was unsure how these would hold up, bought cheap plants just in case...looks absolutely lovely photos don't do justice
Not as easy as expected. Going to just have it for small flowers and small herbs

Great idea for growing small pockets of herbs or seedlings. Works great for us as we only have a small area to grow herbs and veggies.
