The workhorse Briggs & Stratton 306cc engine provides all the grunt you need, while oversized hydraulic components mean a class-leading cycle time of 12.6 seconds, helping you work quickly and easily.
The next-generation half-beam design is strong and, with the hydraulic reservoir centrally located, ultra stable. Combined with the rear mounted engine placement, central mount controls and dual work tables, this means Hyundai splitters can be easily and safely operated from both sides.
The half-beam layout gives you plenty of space to deal with logs up to 665mm long. Switching between horizontal and vertical operation is straightforward, thanks to a clever integrated grab handle on the cylinder.
The standard wedge suits most NZ firewood, or add the optional four-way cross wedge (pictured) to make short work of softer wood. A 50mm tow bar hitch and 16” tyres make maneuvering around larger properties fast and simple.
Simple to assemble and easy to use, it’s the back-saving workhorse that your property needs. Order yours today.
Unit is shipped with hydraulic oil (Valued at $139) - engine oil WILL need to be added before use. Some assembly required.

I borrowed a friend's 30tonne log splitter and was impressed with it, so I was planning to buy the same model. As it turned out I bought the Hyundai 35T and I'm glad it did, as it works much better. I'm really impressed with it. It's quite heavy on the tow hitch with the oil tank in front of the axle. If the tow hitch is too low oil can flow out the filler cap. This isn't much of a problem for me with my tractor set up, but is worth considering if towing behind a quad. I run it around 80% of full speed to avoid excessive vibration. I've bought some rubber engine mounts but haven't fitted them yet.
Just what I needed. Big and powerful it makes the job easy. Now to build the shed.
Works great. Very powerful and good speed. The unit is very heavy and needs a couple of people to put it together.
Really good machine ,been problem free ,really good value for money
Very pleased with the product.
We bought this splitter as we have a lot of pine and gum trees on our property and we needed to stop hiring a splitter. I love that we can use it as a vertical splitter for the larger logs, which saves the lift up to the splitting table. We haven't found anything that we can't split and it certainly seems capable of splitting the biggest rounds. As with other comments, the vibration can cause the logs to be rattled off the table, but we plan to add some damping to reduce that. Also its very heavy to do the final lift when assembling, so have plenty of hands available to make that easier.
An awesome machine that is easy to work with and just seems to split everything that is put on it. Very happy with the purchase.
This was a great buy. It was easy to assemble and does everything it said it would. Definitely recommend it.
Fitted together as described, but because of weight needed two persons. Works as described. Don't know why I waited so long to buy one.
Awesome machine tons of grunt. Only thing full stroke finishes about 80mm from backing plate makes it difficult for stringy logs.
