Does the battery's I have for other greenworks tools not fit this

With Greenworks tools and Batteries you need to match the volts. So the 40V tools will only work with the 40V battery

this trimmer is equiped with 1.6mm line, which seems light for the size/power of the device. Does it handle a heavier line plse? ..

The largest line this is suited for is 1.65mm unfortunately, it will not fit a larger line. But we have had great feedback on the performance of this unit

You can re-load the cartridge with any line. The supplied line is 1.65mm, at this stage we are the only stockist of the cartridges pre-loaded with this line.

There is not extra attachment, the front handle adjusts so it's easier to turn sideways.

Is the cutting line in a pre-loaded spool? How is the line fed out? I have had experience of pre-poaded spools previously and it was not a good one. The line jams in itself and won't feed, thereby breaking off. Thanks for your time
A:
Yes it comes on pre-wound cartridges, it uses an auto feed mechanism (no need to tap on the ground). We've yet to see any issues around line jamming. Check out the customer reviews to see how others a getting on with theirs!

Hi, how long does the battery actually last when being used. Thank you.
A:
Up to approx 40mins, however run time can vary quite a lot depending on the length and density of what you are cutting. Longer, thicker, denser grass and weeds place more load on the motor, draining the battery faster. If you look at our customer reviews below it will give you a better idea of what to expect.

Excellent product. Has plenty of power and drives two lines with ease. It is quite heavy, which determines the length of time my wife is able to use it. I will make a shoulder strap to spread the load. Battery charge time is quick.

Lil but mighty

My 2nd greenworks purchase. And just as pleased with my 2nd purchase. The linetrimmer is just perfect for my needs and situation. I required something light but not lacking in power and something I can use to maintain my property without breaking the bank and my back. I like all u have to do is charge the battery and way u go! I bought a lil wheel attachment for it but easily lightweight without. I zoom all over the place with it. My son was pretty impressed with it too he said. :) Too easy! Arrived in no time! Thanks trade tested :)

bought as a deal with 40v lawnmower, its pretty good, sometimes difficult to extend the line when it gets shorter (thats what she said!) it may benefit from a shoulder strap when using for a long time as can get a little heavy but generally works well so would recommend
