How does it fasten to the line trimmer? I have a Stihl FS 45 line trimmer - will it work with it?

It uses a caribiner clip that fastens to a ring on the tool, so if your trimmer has this it should work ok.

This isn't designed to protect you from falling, it is to clip your brush cutter to so it is easier to hold and use (while your feet are firmly on the ground!).

I found the straps constantly need readjusting such a pain to use. When it's in place strapped in does the job great. But doesnt stay that way long I found.

I wouldn't bother with this harness. The brush cutter comes with a shoulder strap that is way more effective than this harness. save your money

Cheap and that’s about it

No instructions so took a while to figure out how it all went together the clip has broken after 3 uses I’ve put a caribeener on it instead. For the money there’s nothing that comes close but I reckon a more expensive one would probably be better made I’ll use it till it does and wouldn’t probably buy again
