This Hyundai Lawn Scarifier & Aerator is perfect for revitalising & reviving the most tired and spongiest of lawns.

High quality & built to last, the Hyundai Lawn Scarifier & Aerator packs a a 210cc 4-stroke OHV petrol engine and the HYSC210 delivers impressive aerating and dethatching performance for achieving the perfect lawn. The large sized wheels make manoeuvrability particularly easy and the specially designed wide tread helps protect your lawn when in use. The HYSC210 features a robust high-quality steel deck.

The 19 hardened steel blades are specially designed to remove moss, thatch and dead grass the HYSC210 penetrates the soil allowing nutrients and moisture to be easily absorbed allowing your lawn to breathe again. Dave from next door will be questioning you for the secret to a great lawn!

Fitted with a spacious quick release 45L polyester grass catcher bag, you will spend less time emptying the cuttings and more time scarifying. Attaching and removing the collection bag couldn’t be simpler, and this allows you to dispose of the cuttings quickly and conveniently.

"scarifier, dethatcher & aerator" I'm a bit confused. I understand a dethatcher removes ground level thatch; a scarifier carves deep lines into the soil and an aerator removes deep round plugs. Does this machine do all these things with three different attachments? thanks
A:
This will scarify and dethatch at the same time with the one-blade "scarifier" attachment and the aeration is done with the other tine aerator attachment.

If the lawn has stones in it what effect could this have on the blades?

Yes, any stones in and on your lawn will cause damage to the blades and possibly the equipment. Best to remove any large sticks, rocks, or other debris from your lawn to prevent damage

Yes this is definitely capable of scarifying this area, we mention it is suitable for small/medium lawns because of the length of the cutting blade (400mm) and time involved, have a read of the reviews where other customers have used it for bigger lawns.

Great machine

Very easy to use with good results on a larger than normal lawn, catcher maybe a bit small if lots of thatch, but second time around it was adequate, any bigger and I think it would be difficult to maintain a balanced machine. Easy to start. Would recommend this machine. Thanks again Tradetested.
