Q:
Hi, what does the ’hot dip‘ exactly mean? Is it something toxic that might end up in my vegetables?
A:
It's the galvanising process used to prolong the life of the steel, the zinc alloys (galvanises) with the base steel, it is not a painted coating that can come off in your veges - thankfully!

Q:
Can you join the gardens together to make a oblong one
A:
It's not designed to, you probably could however you would most likely need to add some strengthening in the middle anyway, so you may as well just place 2 units end to end rather than combining.

Pretty and functional

I keep buying these to add to my garden. They are lightweight, not rust and pretty to look at. Assembling them is fairly easy but require a power tool and some muscle to get a snug fit in the corners.

Raised Bed instructions

I got these and they looked very straight forward, if you know your way around building paraphernalia. There are pre drilled holes, which don't fit the brackets to be screwed in place! The secret is that the screws sent are actually the screws to be used to go directly through the bracket holes into the stell surface, that doesn't have holes! The drill bit also goes in sharp end into drill, the big blunt end fits over the screws! Simple when you know It is easier to have two people to build, one to hold and support, while the other uses the drill. Mine arrived with some dings in them, but I guess it's not the end of the world. A very good product when built.

The best garden bed

I purchased 2 earlier and it was super easy to assemble and more importantly stood the test of time. I've bought 2 more and will add 2 more to my growing vege patch

Great option for simple set up

As a complete amateur, it took about half an hour with someone else to assemble this. You need a power drill and I eventually figured out I had the (supplied) drill bit around the wrong way - wanted to put this here in case anyone else gets stuck: the pointy end goes into the drill head!! Once that was sorted I just needed to apply pressure while holding the side still to drill it through, and it went in easily enough. They look good and will tidy up our garden.

Don't buy

These need someone experienced to assemble says self drilling screws what a load of crap. Needs a lot of time and patience to put these together and don't look rust proof so probably won't last long. I had to end up pre drilling holes they look cheap nothing like in photo.
