Greenworks 40V Pole Saw 8" 2.0Ah Kit

Having purchased a 40v lawn mower in the past ,it made sense to purchase the pole saw skin as well in order to trim my trees . I am happy to report that it has exceeded my expectations in they way it has preformed ,likewise for the mower. I would not hesitate to recommend these tools to anyone thinking of purchasing the same articles. Highly, recommended.

This is an excellent product. Really great for around home for the taller trees. I should of bought one long before now. All my garden tools are greenworks i would recommend greenworks product's to anyone.

Great piece of kit, easy to assemble and does a brilliant job on trimming those high branches

Great pole saw that has allowed me to trim high branches in my back yard. I was impressed with the width of branches it allowed me to cut.

Easy to assemble, chain simple to tighten, poles straightforward to put together. The only aspect we don't enjoy is filling the oil reservoir, the hole is too narrow and the 'transparent/translucent' gauge is very opaque so difficult to see how much oil is in there. In operation, and at full extension it is quite heavy and I personally could not use it for more than 20-30 minutes in that configuration. At the medium extension, it's nice to use, a bit bottom heavy in balance but that's to be expected. As we only need this tool 3-4 times a year, it does the job for us. Battery holds its charge well and the charger gets it fully charged very quickly. Cutting thru wood is fast and efficient, no problems here. As others have noted, the saw will leak a small amount of oil when not in use, but it is not excessive. All in all, a good purchase thus far.

Easy to handle and use. I had to fell a chestnut tree in a narrow space and cut all branches off first. In no time and no ladder needed the job was done. Love it!

Minimal assy required, quite grunty & the 8" bar will chop through some sizable branches & small stumps My only gripe is the balance of the assembled pole saw, the saw head end is quite heavy compared to the battery end & reaching up to cut those higher limbs either requires reasonable upper body strength or short bursts of activity depending on your level of fitness.

Really pleased with this purchase. A really solid and secure product and so impressed with how sturdy it is and how quickly it gets through tree limbs. Would have no hesitation recommending this!

Very heavy and the buttons right near the end had to rest it too manage does excellent cutting etc would recommend
