Bulky or
HIAB for shipping purposes (anything not standard courier), you have the option to pick up from one of our local delivery partner depots where available. Local depot delivery can save you money and time.
How To Order Online
In the Delivery & Collection section of the checkout, enter your address, select Continue to see delivery options and depot options will be shown if available. Select the depot location most convenient to you in the drop down menu and complete your order. Pricing depends on how far the depot is from our Auckland warehouse.

Tracking and Pick Up
Track your order using the details in your dispatch confirmation email. Once the status is showing as delivered, call your selected depot to arrange a pick up window using their contact details listed below.
See below for depot addresses and contact phone numbers to arrange a collection time once your order has been delivered. Orders not collected within 7 days will be returned to us.
Important – You must bring a valid ID to pick up your order and organise a pick up time so the depot team can have your order ready.
